2022 Season Applicants

The Rio Grande Elite Cycling team is looking for applicants for the 2022 season! Are you a cat 1, or promising cat 2 in Colorado or the surrounding states looking to race around the US in 2022? The team races a local CO calendar, and provides the opportunity to race across the country at UCI stage races, PRT events, and a bit of gravel.

Quote from Team Director Rees York:

“We’re really excited for the 2022 season. We’re bringing on some new partners, and looking to expand our traditional calendar. We’re looking to bring on some young riders to help them develop and provide a platform for them to perform in the biggest races across the country. There may even be some international events in the team’s future!

We’re making a call out to the public, because while we have been receiving quality applications, we are looking to solidify our roster much earlier than typical and don’t want anyone to miss out on the opportunity for riders to express interest in racing in Rio Red for next season!”
